A.E. Kruger Writes

My first book took a long time to write. I was a nurse manager, working around 60 hours a week, and I just didn’t have time to write (or much of anything else). It took almost four years to write four chapters!

Then I went back to working on the floor, part-time. Suddenly, I had a book! It was overwhelming and wonderful, terrifying and blissful, all at once. It’s hard to put yourself out there, expose your thoughts in such a way. I know I’ll get bad reviews as well as good ones, and I’ve tried to prepare for that.

I just hope I can remember how everything went, for the next book!
